Our community-based classes are designed to help bridge the gap between formal theological training and real-life ministry.
Learn alongside believers from other local churches in accessible, engaging classes designed for those seeking deeper biblical and theological understanding. Complete courses, earn a certificate, and grow in faithful leadership and service.
Taught by experienced instructors committed to the local church, these 14-week hybrid courses (online and in-person) provide practical, accessible theological education. Whether you're serving as a Bible study leader, a deacon, or as part of a church planting team, we want to help you fulfill the mission God has called you to.​

​Equip Track (Non-Credit): For personal growth and ministry readiness—no assignments or credit.

Undergraduate Credit: College-level coursework with assignments and transferable credit.

Graduate Credit: Seminary-level study for those pursuing advanced theological training.

Credits from these courses may be transferable to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (SEBTS) for students who are not already enrolled at SEBTS. If you’re interested in pursuing this option, let us know when you register, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Classes are currently available in the greater Charlotte area during spring and fall terms.

Each 14-week class is taught in a hybrid format, with two in-person weekends at Oakhurst Baptist Church in Charlotte and weekly online sessions. This structure provides the flexibility of online learning while fostering connection through face-to-face gatherings.
